Destructive Testing
Our destructive testing is conducted meticulously to assess the resilience and performance of materials under extreme conditions. Documentation certificates for non-prequalified materials (PQR) offer crucial
validation of quality and adherence to standards. Our services help you to develop welding procedures, quality welding procedures, assess and qualify welders which can significantly reduce costs and delays in your projects.
AISC Certification Program Consulting Services
We help your company prepare from start to finish to prepare for AISC certifications and ongoing
program management to maintain your AISC certification program (Shop Fabricator and Erector Program). Our services include administrative assistance and development of your quality manual, welding program, creating and maintaining all quality records, calibration, in house inspection reports, and training personnel about quality.
Welder Qualification Services
IRSI offers welder qualification program designed to meet your needs based on code standards set forth by AWS, ASME, or API codes. Our mobile testing service enable us to test the welders in our facility, at the work site, or at your fabrication shop. Our welding inspectors (CWI) provide third party witnessing of weld specification, procedure
qualification and welder qualifications when you need independent verification.
